Someone's love....

I got a message from "him". Here it goes, "ikaw nlang ang magmahal skin kahit frend lang ..."

And as a friend, I wanted to help somehow. So I made this simple composition for him and for anyone who's looking for love....

"You spend your life for pleasure. You spend your time in what they call “good times”. Your friends are with you in your happy moments. I was there too. But you never introduced me to them. In fact, you never noticed me at all.

"You were with somebody you think could keep your heart safe forever. And promised to never leave you, even hurt you. You kept on thinking about that person. I kept on thinking of you, too, day and night. But you never thought of me, not once.

"You had all the things you’ve wanted. You spend all the cold cash to things that will soon fade its purpose. You think you had everything. You give gifts to your friends, but I never received everything. Instead, I gave to you a gift, but refuse to accept it.

"You think all these things would make you happy or even escape the cruel treatment of this world? But after the party was over, you came to realize, you were left with despair and sorrow, boredom, emptiness, hunger, regrets, and bitter experiences.

"I wiped your tears when you cried,
"I gave you something that you needed the most,
"I have mended your broken heart when that somebody you thought had loved you had suddenly dropped you fragile heart on the hard floor.

"You questioned my love for you. Have you forgotten? You were then imprisoned by Sin. You were sentenced by death. But I pleaded to the Judge to take My blood instead. I did nothing but to show My love for you. I sacrificed My whole life for you. But what did I receive? Insults, blasphemies, piercing words… but nevertheless, I gave up My life to save yours.

"And I guess, you still didn’t recognize Me… at all."

Jesus is always there loving us. We just don't know, or we just refuse to know.
